The WIFT NZ Awards were created to recognize women in the New Zealand film & television industry. Says WIFT Auckland Executive Director, Anne O’Brien, “The awards were created 4 years ago to celebrate and honour the amazing work women are doing in film and television. It’s a chance to pause and acknowledge all women in front of and behind the screen every day, and inspire the next generation to come on board. Tonight’s winners are representative of a strong and talented industry of which we can all be proud and it’s a privilege to work with them.”
Thank you to every body who attended the awards making it such a glamorous and special night.
